• Generate anonymized analytics and insights

5.2 Our Content

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, is owned by CareerSpa or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Powered Services

We use AI and machine learning to:

• Analyze CVs and extract skills and experience
• Match candidates with job opportunities
• Provide career recommendations and gap analysis
• Generate learning paths and upskilling suggestions

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or biases. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations.

7. Job Applications and Matching

7.1 For Job Seekers

Our matching algorithm provides recommendations based on your profile, skills, and preferences. We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive job offers or interviews
• The accuracy of job listings posted by employers
• The outcome of any application process

7.2 For Employers

When posting jobs on our platform, you agree to:

• Post accurate and current job listings
• Comply with all employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Respond to applications in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information

8. Payments and Fees

Some features of our Services may require payment. When you purchase a paid service:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
